Other materials may also be manufactured depending on the customer's working conditions. When the material of the connecting pipe and the inner liner is carbon steel, the working temperature range of the expansion joint is -20 ° C ~ 420 ° C; when the material of the connecting pipe and the inner liner is stainless steel (same bellows), the temperature range of the product is - 196 ~ 700 ° C.
Third, the selection of expansion joints:
In the series of telescopic joints produced by our factory, the axial type expansion joint is used to absorb the axial displacement of the pipeline; the transverse type expansion joint is used to absorb the lateral displacement perpendicular to the axis of the expansion joint; the general type and the small tie rod lateral type can absorb 2 Displacement in 3 directions; angular telescopic joints are used in combination with two or three to absorb lateral deformation in one direction or in multiple directions of a single plane; the universal angle expansion joint is also provided in 2-3 packages.
